2. How We Use AI
All AIGENT NOIR products use Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to power AI-assisted features.
- FSBO: offer analysis, market comparisons, scam detection, buyer communication drafting.
- Agents: offer analysis, listing descriptions, market comparisons, client communication drafting.
- Broker: document field extraction and borrower qualification analysis. Document text is redacted for direct personal identifiers (SSN, DOB, phone) before being sent to the Claude API.
- Anthropic does not use your data to train AI models. Data sent via the API is subject to Anthropic's API usage policies, which prohibit training on customer data.
- We minimize data sent to AI services — only content required to fulfill your specific request is transmitted.
- AI-generated content is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or lending advice.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve AIGENT NOIR products and their features.
- FSBO: facilitate buyer-seller communication, process MLS submissions, deliver scam detection.
- Agents: support listing and transaction management, deliver AI offer analysis.
- Broker: perform borrower qualification analysis, coordinate document collection, send transactional SMS/email on behalf of the subscribing broker.
- To send transactional notifications relevant to your use of each product.
- To detect and prevent fraud, scams, and abuse across all products.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Cloud storage: Account data and listing information are stored on encrypted servers. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.
- Broker — agent-uploaded documents: Files uploaded by referring agents are forwarded to the broker and immediately discarded. Only metadata is retained.
- We implement industry-standard security practices including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews.

We use vetted third-party services to operate AIGENT NOIR products. Each is bound by its own privacy policy.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
California Residents (CCPA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@aigentnoir.com.
European Residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Children's Privacy
AIGENT NOIR products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately at admin@aigentnoir.com.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of any AIGENT NOIR product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
